Saturday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Sunday: Closed

Any messages received outside of our business hours will be responded to on the next business day. Your questions and requests are important to us, and we strive to provide timely responses during our hours of operation.

 

💳Booking & Deposit

A 50% deposit is required to secure your appointment. This allows us to reserve your time slot, schedule the appropriate cleaning team, and prepare the necessary supplies.

Remaining Balance

The remaining balance is due immediately after the cleaning service is completed, while our team is still at your home.

Refund Policy

Deposits and prepaid payments are refundable only when cancellations are made with at least 24 hours’ notice during business hours.

Weapons & Firearms

Any firearms, weapons, or hazardous items must be safely secured and stored before our team arrives. Our cleaning professionals are not trained or authorized to handle unsecured weapons. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a safe environment for everyone.

If someone in your household is experiencing flu symptoms, illness, or any contagious condition, please notify us before your scheduled cleaning.

For everyone's protection, we may request that individuals who are sick:

• Wear a mask while our team is present, or

• Remain in a separate area that is not being cleaned.

📅Holiday Schedule

Our cleaning team will be unavailable on the following holidays:

• Thanksgiving Day

• Christmas Day

 

❌Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. To avoid cancellation fees, please provide at least 24 hours notice before your scheduled cleaning appointment.

Cancellations made the same day as your appointment may be subject to a 100% service charge.

​Payment is due at the completion of each cleaning service. For added convenience, we also offer automatic credit card payments.

To provide multiple payment options, the following processing fees apply:

Credit/Debit Card & Venmo: 2.9% processing fee
Zelle: No processing fee
Cash or Check: No processing fee

There is no need to clean before we arrive.

To help our team provide the highest quality cleaning, please pick up personal belongings such as:

• Clothing

• Toys

• Papers

• Personal items from floors and countertops

This allows our team to focus on detailed cleaning.

If there are specific items you would prefer us not to touch or move, please let us know before your cleaning appointment. We will gladly respect your instructions and make sure those items remain untouched.
